Booking Terms and Conditions

Confirmation: All course bookings are secured until the payment date on your invoice. If after this time payment hasn’t been made then your booking may become un-secured. See ‘payment’ section below for more information.

Payment: Due by the date on your invoice. National contracts may have different terms, please check with us if you are unsure. If you have a certain pay run, or are run by a committee then please contact us if you need to request a different payment date.

Cancellation and transfers of the course by the client must be made in writing, by post or email;

The following conditions apply to standard courses (see section (a) for blended courses):

More than 2 weeks notice > Full refund given

Between 2-1 weeks notice > 50% refund given

Less than 1 weeks notice > Full fee retained

Failure to attend  > Full fee retained

Late arrival resulting in failure to complete the full qualification > Full fee retained

A date transfer request of the course made by the client:

An additional £100 fee is payable if date is changed less than 7 days prior to the course. This charge is to protect our  instructors from sudden loss of income due to late cancellation.

Blended learning - When you have been issued a username and password for online blended courses, you become liable for the cost of that part, regardless of when you cancel. The cost for Blended Courses is set at £30pp.

 Candidate substitution – It is acceptable to substitute suitable candidates for booked courses, if required, but only prior to training date.

 Cancellation by FlexiMed Training: This is very unlikely, however we reserve the right to cancel at any time, if this were to occur you would receive the full booking fee within 28 days.  If a course has to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every attempt to contact you at the address, telephone, fax, email given to us at reservation/booking.

Contact time: Late arrivals or absences during the course or from any session will probably mean that you will not receive the qualification certificate for which you have joined the course. Qualifications have a mandatory contact time requirement.  In all such cases the full course fee remains payable.

Certificates: The cost of the certificate is included in the fees.  As they are now digital, they are usually ready within 72hrs. They will be emailed to the lead booking contact unless informed otherwise. You are also able to download a copy fro your Protrainings dashboard once the course has ended.

We are happy to re-issue lost certificates at a charge of £10 per certificate.
